Almost three in four people who die by suicide are men. Yet men with suicidal thoughts are less likely to seek help than women. With the new awareness campaign "Kom uit je kop" (“Get out of your head”), we want to break this taboo.

With the new e-learning module ‘Suicide Prevention for Men’, we offer practical guidance on how to better adapt support to men. You can find our new module on our free e-learning platform SP-reflex.

SParcours is a set of cards that supports health professionals in discussing and exploring suicidality in children and adolescents (aged 10 and above).

VLESP developed the app Spark in collaboration with adolescents and health professionals. Spark is a free app that offers adolescents (aged 12-17) guidance and support when they are experiencing suicidal thoughts.
