Spark is a free app that offers adolescents (aged 12-17) guidance and support when they are experiencing suicidal thoughts. Spark also contains information and tips for loved ones and health professionals. 

The app is available in Belgium. 

SParcours is a set of cards that supports health professionals in discussing and exploring suicidality in children and adolescents (aged 10 and above). 

BackUp is a free smartphone application that provides suicide prevention information, tools and crisis resources to support and guide individuals (and their caregivers) when they are experiencing thoughts of suicide. 

The app is available in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Think Life is an online self help course for individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts.

KomUitJeKop.be is a website for men experiencing suicidal thoughts. It provides information, testimonials and tools for men, their friends and family, and health professionals.

VLESP conducted a study on the effectiveness of two group training programs for individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts:

• Mindfulness based cognitive therapy adapted to individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts (MBCT-S)
• Future-Oriented Group Training (FOGT)

Silver is a serious game aiming at strengthening mental health of youth aged 12 to 16.

SP-Reflex is an online learning platform for health professionals providing guidelines, tools and e-learning modules.

LOES is a semistructured interview for health professionals. It provides a framework for qualitative support and assessment of individuals experiencing a suicidal crisis.   

VLESP developed evidence-based guidelines for journalists and other media professionals on how to carefully address the topic of suicide in the news, in fiction, and on social media. 

Zelfmoord1813.be is our website providing information, help and advice on the prevention of suicide.

'Werkgroep Verder na Zelfdoding' is our support group for individuals bereaved by suicide.

Together with the 'Vlaams Apothekers Netwerk' VLESP developed an e-learning tool for pharmacists.

Together with 'IDEWE', VLESP developed a toolbox for organisations to facilitate suicide prevention in the workplace.
